On Dec 4th we were lucky enough to have James Barker a well-known Hong Kong Mixologist join us for our first ever Mixologist Series entitled “Christmas cocktails distilled”. Post a brief overview of Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa James took us through on how to make 3 classic Christmas cocktails.
It was then the turn of the participants to make them with James on hand to ask any questions.
